1. Receiving application
2. Filtering(1) applications and primary selection
3. Sending email for personal data verification.
4. Checking submitted form data/ email response
5. Filtering(2) applicants data, verify, and selection
6. Waiting for membership approval
7. Approved membership
8. Sending Congratulations email.
9. Generate Membership ID
