The Future is not at all unseen anymore. We already have witnessed radical changes in our lifestyle in the past few months. From the experience we can easily understand how the shift will take place in business, education, and even in our day to day life.

Particularly the Education sector has got a big thrust through the Pandemic Situation. Therefore the application of e-learning facilities is no longer a choice in our country but it has become the ultimate destination to move into the future. The advancement in technology and the availability of Internet will made this process fast and stronger.

Once upon a time e-education which was just a consideration to the policymakers, now it may become a compulsory mode of operation. Though previously it was thought that e-learning process may not be able to ensure effective education in our local perspective, but, application of e-learning facilities in the developed and developing countries have been proved effective to ensure the following factors:

• Preparedness of teachers in the class on taught topics
• Structured contents to share with the students
• Student’s mindset to listen and attend the class
• Student’s preparedness to response in the online class environment
• Push students in circumstances to ask any question
• Teachers gets the opportunity to confirm that students understood the taught topic.

The pandemic situation was a learning session for many of the institutions. Few of the educational institutions could cope up with the situation initiating online class facilities but many of the institutions couldn’t come up with alternative means to keep the academic activities active during the pandemic.

As a result the rest of the institution would definitely utilize this learning for the future time. They would give priority for Automation and get ready for any such challenges in the future.
